A hotel above a casino has one job: feel calmer than everything underneath it.

Questions guests actually ask
The short version of what our reservations desk answers daily. The full list lives on the FAQ page.
All FAQsDo I need to be a hotel guest to use the casino?
No. The Crown gaming floor is open to the public 24 hours. Hotel guests get a faster entry lane and can charge select precinct venues to the room.
Is there a dress code for the casino floor?
Smart casual after 21:00 on the main floor. The Mahogany Room and private salons expect tailoring; our concierge confirms the current code when arranging VIP access.
How far is the hotel from Melbourne Airport?
About 25 minutes by car outside peak hour. The SkyBus runs from Southern Cross Station, or we arrange a chauffeured sedan for AU$145 each way.
Can I use the level 27 pool if I stay in a standard room?
Yes. The pool deck is open to all in-house guests from 06:00 to 22:00. Cabanas and reserved daybeds carry a separate daily fee.
What is the earliest guaranteed check-in?
Standard check-in is 15:00. Booking through us adds priority status, and early arrival is confirmed the night before when the room is ready.
